I’ve always had “to-do” lists since I was a little girl. But my list for ONE day is always so long and impossible to complete. A robot, I am not, so let’s get real…..What is imperative? AND What am I doing for me?
So, this weekend…..
1. Laundry (piled up from being sick)
2. Home-caring (is this one word, or two, is there a dash?)
3. Creative projects
Where is health on this list? Taking care of my body should be expected. Today I can start to establish new daily habits….
4. Water, Nutrition, Exercise, and Rest
