clean out your hard drive

The focus this week is clearing out and taking care of business. Aside from eliminating the physical, if you are feeling stagnant, consider removing yourself from unhealthy situations and people. Take care of unfinished business, or that very long to-do list. Do whatever you need to do to free up brain space. If you have bought a new computer recently, you know how fast it is. Such a pleasure to work with. That’s because there is nothing much on the hard drive. Blank. Better performance. Now, we can’t do anything about our memories, but we can remove the stuff that permeates in our thoughts. (I still haven’t bought a new toaster and it is still driving me nuts!) All of the “loose ends” in our lifeĀ prevents us from moving on, completing an immediate task, tackling a new project, and/or focusing on our goals. Distractions pull us away from the priorities. Clear out the hard drive of your mind to allow for new… new thoughts, new approaches, renewed energy, and you will most certainly exude this on the outside…. attracting whatever it is you desire……

And right now……… I’m desiring these shoes……(J.CREW of course) so what do I need to get rid of now….??

Living Authentically.
